This is the most common service for property owners who vacate their Hamptons home during the winter months.
Home Management
Local Solutions will be your single point of contact for all jobs and services that are being done at your home. We will manage jobs and schedule estimates at your request. We will meet with all of your preferred vendors so that you can enjoy your free time. Let us manage your landscaping, pool services, plumbing, pest control and anything else your property requires. This level of service also includes home monitoring.
Full Service Property Management
Allow us to secure your vendors and manage all aspects of their responsibilities. This is the highest level of service that we offer in terms of Property Management packages. This package also includes Home Monitoring & Home Management.
Ala Carte Items
Local Solutions also offers the following one time services that do not require the purchase of a property management package:
